Perhaps you have been enjoying our morning classes and would like a more structured practice. You might be completely new to chi kung. Or you might want to deepen and refine the skills you already have.
The Level 1 course will take you progressively through the techniques and skills you need for an effective 15-minute daily practice, with all the benefits for health and vitality this brings.
You will learn how to generate an energy flow and how you can apply this in your daily life.
You will receive the class recording each week so if you can’t make a class live, you can catch up in your own time.
It’s worth mentioning that if after a couple of weeks of joining you decide the course is not for you, then you can get a full refund.
The fundamental skill of all Chi Kung practice is being able to generate an energy flow. Without this skill, “Chi Kung” can easily become just gentle physical exercise. So, this foundation course focuses on developing and improving the skill of generating an energy flow.
Energy flow can be used in a number of ways. On this Level 1 course, we will teach you the techniques and skills necessary to use energy flow to clear unhelpful things. This approach, of clearing energy blocks, is the foundation of all Chinese medicine. Using energy flow in this way is a direct, simple and effective way of clearing illnesses, having more energy and generally feeling happier and healthier.
Running the course over 12 weeks allows us to unpack each element involved in developing a successful Chi Kung. This is useful for people who have never practised. It also helps more experienced practitioners who want to deepen their skills as a foundation for learning more advanced practices.
During the course you will:
- Learn or deepen the fundamental skills of energy flow for clearing illness, increasing energy and happily engaging in life
- Get a direct experience of energy working for you and the confidence to practice at home
- Understand how Qigong skills can be used to address specific issues in your everyday life and how to practically apply them
- Be clear about a 15-minute practice that you can use every day
